Nopwit is Witte Anker's first low-alcohol beer. Due to the use of a special type of yeast, hardly any sugars are converted into alcohol during the brewing process. In addition, they have added the usual hop varieties of the Hopwit, making the Nopwit tasteful, fresh and fruity.

Brouwerij Witte Anker was founded by 2 friends with a passion for beer. They are located in a building with history. In 1647 a brewery called Het Anker was built in the backyard. Later this brewery was called; the White Anchor. This brewery remained active until 1901. This building at Haven 4 in Breda is still standing and is a historic stately building called Den Ancker.
