Very nice (wihite?) IPA from  brewery Bird from Diemen. Drink well, but not watery. Good hop taste and slightly fruity, but not sweet. Named after the black-and-white seabird the Auk.

    With a lot of attention for sustainability, this brewery has been very active since 2016 and has already released a lot of beers. Using Jopen's brew kettles, all beers (more than 20 types) are named after birds. 
    Since then, more than 10,000 trees have been planted by Bird.
